AggroNav Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Dumpster Hill, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the AggroNav mobile application ("App").

Key Principle: AggroNav is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. The one spot you save and the preferences you set stay on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

AggroNav does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Your device identifiers
• Your location, beyond the on-device use described in Section 3
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
• Advertising IDs or tracking identifiers

We have no servers, no accounts, and no backend. There is nothing to collect.

3. Location Data (How It's Used)

Location is the core feature of AggroNav. The App requests access to your device's precise (fine) and approximate (coarse) location in order to:

• Save the coordinates of the one spot you mark
• Guide you back to that spot with a live bearing and distance

AggroNav only accesses your location while the App is open and in the foreground. We do not request background location access, and no location tracking happens when the App is closed or backgrounded.

Your saved spot is stored only in a file on your own device. It is never transmitted to us, uploaded to any server, or shared with any third party.

GPS accuracy varies based on your device, environment, and signal conditions (for example, indoors, in parking garages, or under heavy cloud cover). We make no guarantee regarding the precision of any location, distance, or arrival determination the App displays.

You can clear your saved spot at any time within the App, and you can revoke location permission at any time through your device's system settings.

4. What Stays on Your Device

All content in AggroNav, including your saved spot and your pointer/sound preferences, is stored locally on your device. None of this content is accessible to us or any third party.

• Data remains under your complete control at all times
• Data is retained until you clear it, replace it by marking a new spot, or uninstall the App

5. Permissions

AggroNav requests access to your device's location (fine and coarse) in order to function, as described in Section 3. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or any other device permission.

6. In-App Purchases

AggroNav's core functionality is free, and one pointer character/voice is free permanently. An optional one-time purchase unlocks the remaining pointer characters and voices. Separately, AggroNav offers an entirely optional, repeatable "support the developer" donation, which does not unlock any feature. If you make either purchase, that transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information. Google's handling of purchase-related data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, not this one.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any user data to third parties because we do not have access to your data.

• No data is transmitted to our servers
• No data is shared with analytics companies
• No data is used for advertising purposes
• No data is sold to third parties

Legal Disclosure: Because we do not collect or store user data, we cannot disclose such information in response to legal requests. All user data remains exclusively on your device.

8. Third-Party Services

AggroNav does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and no SDKs that collect personal data are included in this app. AggroNav uses your device's built-in location services (see Section 3) and Google Play Billing to process the optional support-the-developer purchase (see Section 6). Neither is used to send your data to us.

9. Data Security

Your data security depends entirely on your device's security measures:

• Use device lock screens, PINs, or biometric authentication
• Keep your device's operating system updated

Our security posture:

• The App does not transmit your location or preferences
• No user accounts or passwords are required
• No central database exists that could be compromised

10. User Rights and Control

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: Your currently saved spot is visible within the App itself
• Deletion: Clear your saved spot at any time within the App, or uninstall to remove all data and preferences
• Location: Revoke location permission at any time through your device's system settings

11. Children's Privacy

AggroNav does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we collect no information from anyone, this applies universally.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and note the changes in the app's release notes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
