Send Reels Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Send Reels ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dumpster Hill, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Alabama, USA.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. What Send Reels Does

Send Reels is a tool that lets you combine a photo, an optional voice recording, an optional music track, and optional text into a shareable video card (MP4). The App runs entirely on your device. We provide no hosting, no cloud storage, and no social features.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create with Send Reels — your photos, voice recordings, and exported cards. We claim no rights to any content you produce.

5. Copyright and Music

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any music or audio tracks you add to your cards. Using copyrighted music without a license in content you share publicly may violate copyright law and the terms of the platforms you share to.

Send Reels does not screen, filter, or have any knowledge of the audio files you select. We are not responsible for any copyright claims, takedowns, or legal consequences that result from your use of unlicensed content.

Royalty-free and license-free music sources are widely available. We strongly encourage you to use them.

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Send Reels to create content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Harasses, defames, or threatens any individual
• Contains illegal content of any kind

We have no ability to monitor content created with Send Reels, but we reserve the right to update or discontinue the App at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Dumpster Hill, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Republish or redistribute App content without permission

8. No Warranty

Send Reels is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use it at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SEND REELS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or content
• Copyright claims from third parties arising from your use of unlicensed content
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any technical malfunctions or interruptions

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dumpster Hill, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. All data stored locally remains under your control.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party agrees to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dumpster Hill, LLC regarding the use of the App.
