Mr. Channel Changer Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Mr. Channel Changer ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dumpster Hill, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Alabama, USA.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. What Mr. Channel Changer Does

Mr. Channel Changer turns your Android device into a remote control for compatible Samsung Smart TVs. It finds TVs on your local Wi-Fi network, pairs with them once you approve the connection on the TV, and sends remote commands such as navigation, volume, power, text input, and app launching directly to the TV. The App runs entirely on your device and your home network. We provide no hosting, no cloud service, and no accounts.

4. Compatibility

Mr. Channel Changer is designed for Samsung Smart TVs from 2016 and later that support network remote control. Not every model, firmware version, or region supports every feature. In particular:

• Turning the TV on from the App depends on your TV's settings and network setup
• The apps shown under the Apps button are detected from a list of known apps and may not include every app installed on your TV
• Samsung may change how its TVs work through software updates, which could affect some or all features

We do not guarantee that the App will work with any particular TV or continue to work after TV software updates.

5. No Affiliation; Trademarks

Mr. Channel Changer is an independent product of Dumpster Hill, LLC. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. or any of its affiliates. Samsung, Tizen, and related names and logos are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. The names of apps and services shown in Mr. Channel Changer, and any pictures you choose to represent them, belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify them.

6. Authorized Use

You agree to use Mr. Channel Changer only with TVs that you own or are otherwise authorized to control. You agree not to use the App to:

• Control, disrupt, or interfere with any TV or device without permission
• Access or attempt to access any device or network in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to update or discontinue the App at any time.

7. Pictures You Add

If you choose your own pictures for app tiles, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use them. Those pictures are stored only on your device, and we never see them.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App itself, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, backgrounds, and software, are the exclusive property of Dumpster Hill, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Republish or redistribute App content without permission

9. No Warranty

Mr. Channel Changer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that every command will reach your TV, or that your TV will respond as expected. Use it at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MR. CHANNEL CHANGER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Commands that are missed, delayed, or repeated, or changes to your TV's power state, volume, input, or settings
• Loss of saved settings, pairings, pictures, or other data
• Claims arising from third-party apps, services, or content accessed on your TV
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any technical malfunctions or interruptions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dumpster Hill, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. All data stored locally remains under your control. You can also remove the App from your TV's list of connected devices in the TV's own settings.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party agrees to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dumpster Hill, LLC regarding the use of the App.
